For the Sole Representative visa, the applicant:

2. It must have sufficient funds to make the necessary set-up operations and investments without the need for access to public funds.

5. One of the family members should not own more than 50% of the company concerned. In this case, the main application is accepted, but the family member who owns more than fifty percent of the company cannot come as a dependant.

Within the scope of this visa, a work permit is not granted in another workplace, only a work permit is granted in its own business.

The applicant’s spouse and children under 18 can also benefit from the opportunities provided by this visa.

This visa is generally given for 3 years. Once the visa expires, a further 2-year extension can be obtained.
