HIGH SCHOOLS

High school study programs abroad are approved by the Ministry of National Education. High school students between the ages of 14-18 can participate in these programs.

The duration of high school programs starts from 6 months. Generally, a 1-year training program is preferred. High school study abroad for four years, three years and two years are also possible.

According to the Ministry’s Equivalence Regulation, high school study abroad is equivalent to high school education in Turkey. For this reason, a student who receives a part of high school study abroad does not lose a year when the student returns to Turkey.

Students want to take all or part of their high school study abroad for different purposes:

  • To learn the mother tongue of countries such as English, German, French and Spanish in the best way,
  • Living in a different country and gaining international experience,
  • To study abroad in the last year of high school and get the diploma of that country, so to continue university in the country.
  • To have the opportunity to apply at well-established universities and to increase scholarship opportunities by studying abroad for the last two years of high school education.
